- NRL tipping selections and other information you deliberately submit through interactive features;

You can browse many parts of The Sportzologist Experience without providing your name.

- operate features such as NRL tipping;
- receive and manage material you choose to submit;

Analytics and performance information
The Sportzologist Experience uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to help understand website usage and performance.
This may provide aggregated information such as pages visited, general location, device type, operating system, browser and performance measurements.
Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without third-party tracking cookies and reports anonymised usage information rather than providing The Sportzologist with the identity of individual visitors.
Service providers
The Sportzologist Experience uses third-party technology providers to operate the service. These currently include services such as Supabase for database and account functionality and Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance monitoring.
Information may therefore be processed or stored using infrastructure operated by service providers outside Australia. Those providers maintain their own privacy, security and data handling practices.
Keeping information secure
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information held through The Sportzologist Experience from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should also take reasonable care of access to your own email account and any device you use to access the Experience.
Access, correction and deletion
If you would like to ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask about deletion of information associated with your account, you can contact The Sportzologist.
Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for security, record-keeping, legal or operational purposes.
