Help & Contact
Something not working? Can't find something? Or have you simply wandered so far down the rabbit hole that you need directions? You're in the right place.
Need help using the Experience?
The Sportzologist Experience is designed to let you wander between sports, clubs, history, trivia, commentary and several departments that probably should not exist.
Use HOME whenever you want to return to the beginning of the Experience. BACK will generally take you up one level to the section you came from.
Your Account area contains your preferences and other useful options.
Add the Experience to your phone
The Sportzologist Experience can be added to your phone's Home Screen so it behaves much more like an app.
We have a separate step-by-step guide for iPhone, along with instructions for Android.
Sign-in problems
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address. If the message doesn't appear immediately, give it a moment and check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you are entering the most recent code you received and that you are signing in with the same email address associated with your account.
Found something that's broken?
We'd like to know about it.
Useful details include what page you were on, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether you were using a phone, tablet or computer.
Screenshots are particularly useful. They save everybody from the traditional technical-support conversation beginning with, "It's doing that thing again."
Spotted a factual or historical error?
Please tell us.
The historical parts of the Experience are designed to grow as new information, records, photographs and first-hand memories are discovered.
If you have a correction, additional information or a source that might improve a story, we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
Have a sporting story?
We're particularly interested in the stories that don't always make the record books — unusual matches, extraordinary performances, forgotten local characters, strange scorelines and the sort of sporting story that has survived because somebody still tells it at the club.
A memory is a terrific starting point. Dates, names, newspaper clippings, programs, scorebooks and other records can help us research the story properly.

One final piece of technical advice
If all else fails, turn it off and turn it back on again. We are advised this remains approximately 63% of the technology industry.
